Dear friends,

First of all, I would like to declare that the European Small Nations Team Championship is one of the important development events for the European Chess Union and that’s why we support this championship. It is great pleasure for me to welcome all the participants and organizers, sponsors and journalists and everyone who is standing behind this championship.

European Small Nations team championship already has its own traditions. Now it’s San Marino’s time and I’m sure the Chess federation of San Marino will do their best to host and organize such an important international chess event.

I would like to thank all of you, who have contributed to the organization and to the preparation of the 6th European Small Nations Team Championship 2019.

I’m certain, all participants will have good memories and they will talk about this event as an amazing championship.
